– Each package includes accommodation in a Deluxe room with garden view, with maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 (11.99) years.
– Accommodation tax (4€ per night, per room) is not included.
– Free packages apply for stays from 01/06/20 to 9/07/20 and from 6/09/20 to 24/10/20, as well as from 01/05/21 to 09/07/21 and from 06/09/21 to 20/10/21, subject to availability, in contact with the hotel reservations department (reservations@avraimperialhotel.gr).
– Within the above free packages, special rates apply for any possible room type upgrade, upgrade from breakfast to half board or full board, or to extend the stay beyond 5 nights, by contacting the hotel reservations department (reservations@avraimperialhotel.gr).
– Free packages can be redeemed within 2020 season and 2021 season.
– Each free package can only be redeemed by the winning contestant himself/ herself, and cannot be transferred to any third party.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Competition will last from 9th of March until 18th of May. Entries submitted prior to or after the above period will not be considered and will be excluded form the Contest.

RIGHT – PROHIBITION TO ENTER THE CONTEST

Any interested natural person may participate in the Contest, provided they are aged 18 or over and have full legal capacity.
Participation in the Contest is prohibited for the Organiser’s employees and any of their relatives, 1st and 2nd degree, and their spouses.
Participation in the Contest is conditional on the access of contestants to the Internet using their own technical means and at their own cost. The Organiser shall not be held liable in case, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to make an entry in its system and or the system of third parties acting under the instructions and on behalf of the Organiser.
Participation in the Contest shall not create any right against the Organiser and or its assets, including intellectual and industrial property rights.

WAYS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

All participants in the Contest shall act legally, in accordance with fair trading practices and in accordance with the terms of the Contest.
Otherwise, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel their participation and take any lawful action to that effect.

PERSONAL DATA

All participants in the Contest provide their unconditional permission and consent to the Organiser to use and process their personal data in order to achieve the purposes of the Contest, at any stage of the Contest.
The personal data collected by the Organiser for the Contest (provided they are required by the nature of the Contest) and include the name, telephone number and e-mail address, allow the Organiser to communicate with them for matters relating to the Contest.
Within the framework of this action, the Organiser will keep a File containing the personal data of the Contestants, as mentioned above, which shall be the object of processing exclusively for the purposes of implementing the Contest. The said personal data will be stored and will constitute the object of processing, using automated and non-automated methods, in order to enable the completion of the Contest.
Such personal data of the Contestants will be kept for as long as is reasonably necessary for the needs for which they are collected and, in any case, will be destroyed after the end and completion of the Contest, unless their keeping is justified or imposed by current valid legislation.
The Organiser shall take all the necessary suitable technical and organisation measures in order for the processing of the personal data of the Participants in the Contest to take place with absolute safety.
The personal data of the Participants in the Contest will not be transmitted to third parties, other than the advertising companies, as processors, under the instructions and on behalf of the Organiser, may be involved in the announcement of the winners of the Competition and the delivery of presents to them.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the relevant Greek implementation Law 4624/2019, all Participants have the right to information, access, correction, objection to the processing of Personal Data, to submit any type of queries concerning the same, and also to submit a statement of revocation or withdrawal of any consents given.

The Participants reserve the right to request, at any time and without any charges, confirmation, amendment or deletion of their data kept in the above File, by contacting the Organiser at the following e-mail address: info@avraimperialhotel.gr. These rights are detailed below. The above rights may also be exercised by sending a registered letter to the Organiser, to its registered office (Kolymvari, Chania) and in any other suitable way of communication stipulated by law for this purpose. For the purposes of the law, the Organiser is appointed Controller. Finally, all Participants shall have the right to submit a Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, which is based at number 1-3 Kifissias Avenue, 115 23, Athens; telephone number: 2106475600 or on its website www.dpa.gr.

THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT/PARTICIPANTS

The data subject/participant may, at any time, exercise their rights pertaining to personal data processing, as detailed in the GDPR EU (2016/679). Specifically, the data subject has the following rights:
Right to access, i.e. the right to know whether his/her personal data is being processed, to receive copies of such data, as well as any other information relating to the processing taking place;
Right to correct and complete inaccurate or incomplete data;
Right to delete data or restrict processing provided such data is not kept on the basis of any law or legal interest;
Right to restrict processing provided such data is not kept on the basis of any law or legal interest;
Right to data portability: The data subject may request portability/transmission of his/her personal data in a structured, widely used and mechanically readable format. This right may be satisfied only in automated processing;
Right to object: The data subject may revoke his/her consent for processing of his/her personal data, at any time. In the event of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the processing of which was strictly necessary for the provision of the Contest, the Organiser may discontinue the participation to the Contest. However, this shall not affect the legality of any processing implemented prior to revocation of consent by the participant.

APPLICABLE LAW

The management and protection of the personal data of visitors/users of the services of www.avracollection.gr is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of Greek, Community and international legislation, as valid each time. These terms were drafted having considered both the rapid development of technology and, in particular, the Internet and also the existing – although not fully developed – set of legal regulations pertaining to such matters. Within this framework, any relevant regulation shall constitute the object of this section. In any case, www.avracollection.gr reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection, after the visitors/users have been informed and within the existing or possible legal framework. If a visitor/user does not agree with the terms of personal data protection foreseen herein, they should not use the services of www.avracollection.gr.
